On Saturday, September 6, our Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Volunteers serving teens and Non-Minor Dependents (NMDs) came together for the 2025 THRIVE Summit.

Every young person deserves a strong support system. And every child is worthy of having adults in their life who can aid in their overall growth and healthy development. For siblings Michael and Allison, receiving individualized support from their CASA team has been essential in their journey.

On Saturday, August 23, foster youth and their Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Volunteers laced up their skates for a fun-filled party at Sharks Ice in San Jose.

On Monday, August 25, over 100 golfers and prominent Silicon Valley corporate and philanthropic leaders gathered to support foster youth at our 20th Annual O’Leary Golf Classic.

On Friday, August 22, 2025, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) gathered at Excite Ballpark for a night of baseball, cheering and laughter.

On Saturday, July 19, Veggielution partnered with Child Advocates of Silicon Valley to provide foster youth with a day of nature exploration alongside their Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Volunteer

On Wednesday, June 25, 2025, 13 current and former foster youth and Non-Minor Dependents (NMDs) were honored at a special celebration hosted by the San Jose Giants for completing high school or post-secondary programs in the 2024–2025 academic year.  

On Saturday, June 21st, foster youth and their Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Volunteers gathered for an afternoon filled with celebration in honor of Pride Month at Christmas Hill Park in Gilroy.

In honor of Pride Month, Child Advocates is spotlighting CASA Bear Flintgruber for his commitment to LIFTING UP our LGBTQ+ foster youth.
