Child Advocates Hosts 5th Annual Passion, Fashion & Everything Bold

Event: Passion, Fashion & Everything Bold

Date: Sunday, October 18, 2026

Location: Marriot, San Jose, CA

Event Highlights:

More than 100 of Silicon Valley’s most fashionable community members SHOWED UP for Child Advocates, supporting Santa Clara County’s foster youth at the 5th annual Passion, Fashion & Everything Bold event. Guests arrived dressed in their boldest pink attire to experience their favorite fashion event in San Jose and together raised more than $110,000!

The Marriott in San Jose provided the perfect backdrop for a wide array of event offerings, all spread across one floor. With drinks in hand, guests shopped for a cause at an exclusive vendor marketplace where a portion of all sales was donated back to Child Advocates.

The Pop Up Boutique featured clothing and accessories from local, primarily women-owned businesses, including:

  • April Martin Designs
  • BEM MELO
  • Eden & Zoe
  • Sip Goods
  • Laurel Elaine Jewelry
  • Mamma Hummingbird
  • Pacific Coast Home Fragrances
  • Sourced
  • Basil + Olive LLC
  • IVI Vision
  • Paloma’s Hat Bar & Jewelry
  • Selkie Coastal Soaps
  • Eternal Trinkets
  • Mode Korvidae
  • Berkshine Lane Events

Guests also participated in a variety of raffles with opportunities to win fine wine, party packs, a stunning diamond necklace from Vardy’s Jewelers and more. Once the shopping concluded, it was time to move to brunch, where guests were welcomed to their seats with goodie bags that included a $100 gift certificate to Skin Spirit, a spa in Los Gatos.

The program featured a fall fashion competition between guests, where a winner with the boldest look was chosen by the audience, and various opportunities to continue giving in support of our youth.

Later in the program, former CASA Volunteer, Diana Silveira took the stage to speak about her experience as a CASA Volunteer and how they’ve both had such a positive impact in each others’ lives. She shared the importance of being there for Santa Clara County’s most vulnerable population. While Diana’s youth is still very young. she pledges to continue to SHOW UP for her, proving that the bond between a CASA and their youth is truly something special.

Thanks to our donors, volunteers, attendees, staff and community partners, we can continue supporting our foster youth.

Passion, Fashion & Everything Bold 2025 was only made possible by the generosity of this year’s event sponsors, donors, volunteers, participating vendors and attendees.
