City Lights Theater SHOWS UP for foster youth

From March 13 through April 16, City Lights Theater Company partnered with Child Advocates of Silicon Valley for a special run of Agatha Christie’s classic play, The Mousetrap. Throughout the production, theatergoers generously donated hoodies and sweatshirts of all sizes and neutral colors, in benefit of our foster youth. Additionally, attendees who mentioned Child Advocates at ticket purchase helped raise funds, $5 per ticket. On March 28, a special nonprofit performance dedicated an impressive 25% of all ticket proceeds to Child Advocates.

Thanks to the community’s incredible support, this partnership raised a total of $906 and collected clothing items valued at a total of $1,250! These funds will directly support essential programs and resources for our youth. We extend heartfelt gratitude to City Lights Theater and everyone who attended, donated or spread the word. You’ve truly made a meaningful difference.
